1. How to Request a Return

Simply email us at hello@alvienne.com with the following details:

Order Number
SKU / Item Name (color)
Reason for Return

Our team will assist you in processing your return.

2. Return Eligibility

- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

- Any signs of wear or damage will prevent us from accepting the return.

3. Return Window

- We accept returns for 30 days after purchase.

- First-time customers can return Silk Bonnets & Heatless Curling Sets within 100 days.

4. Return Fee

- All returns are subject to a return fee.

- You can pay this fee during the return process. If the return fee option is not visible, a voucher will be issued, and the return fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If the item is defective, damaged, or not the correct size or color, we will waive the return fee.

6. Refunds

- Refunds will be processed for the cost of the product(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed, typically within 5-7 business days.

7. Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product, we’ll issue a gift card for the value of the returned item. If the exchange product costs more, you'll pay the difference; if it costs less, we'll refund the difference.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Discounted Items: Products purchased with a discount code or other promotions are considered Final Sale and are non-returnable, meaning they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Please ensure that you are satisfied with your selections before completing your order, as once purchased, these items cannot be processed for returns or exchanges.
